A personal trainer, exercise to music teacher and online fitness coach. I live in Sutton, Surrey with my 2 gorgeous children and my 3 cats Megan, Marley and Koko.
I LOVE EXERCISE. In the past few years, it has helped me lose weight, tone my whole body (I look better at 45 than I did at 25) and has kicked the anxiety that I was suffering during my divorce and struggles as a single mum.
That feeling of achievement after a workout is like no other. I sleep better, have more energy for my children and I am a more positive and happier person.
It is now my turn to get you to love exercising too and to show you the magic formula of exercise and eating habits that have literally changed my life.
I know how hard it is to get started (I have been there many times) but I am here to make this journey fun and exciting and I will help you every step of the way.

Rewind 6 years and I was in a different place to where I am right now. I was 40 and had just come out of crappy divorce, I was eating the wrong foods, doing no exercise and feeling very low in myself. I remember the moment things changed, I was standing outside my school (I am a primary school teacher) having a cigarette (yep I was smoking too) and I just thought I feel so crap and lethargic, I really need to do something about it.
I was suffering with anxiety and panic attacks, had a serious addiction to chocolate and no energy to play with my kids. So that night I threw out the cigarettes, got out my dusty sports kit and did my first workout. And I have not looked back since.
Gradually over the coming weeks I worked out more, ate less package meals, reduced my chocolate intake, all whilst working full time and looking after 2 very small children
as a single parent. So, it can be done! I noticed I started to feel better, I had more energy and I felt ready to take on the world.
It wasn’t until I started doing HIIT style workouts, boxing and using weights that the real transformation started. I was always bottom heavy (flat chest and big bum) and thought that was it for life but NO my legs and bum started to slim down, I started seeing abs and my arms were more defined. I also adapted to a higher protein, lower carb diet and the weight continued to drop off.
This brings me to the present day and to why I do what I do. I am passionate about making people feel better, look amazing and turn their lives around. I was in a bad place and today I am a different person. Believe in yourself and you can do this… my formula works!
