Geri Smart Small group personal training. 
Are you looking to create an exercise habit, look and feel better and lose weight for summer? 
Then this is the plan for you! 
I will be running group PT sessions in my garden which will include boxing, cardio and resistance exercises.
Each session will be different, fun and exciting! 
Beginners welcome. 
Low impact options available. 

The next plan runs in a 7 week block.

The next block of sessions starts WC 9th September 2024.

1 session week (for 7 weeks) £70

2 sessions a week (for 7 weeks) £110

3 sessions a week (for 7 weeks) £140

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7.30pm.

What is included in my Group PT plan?

  • 7 small group PT sessions at my house in Sutton. Parking available. 

  • Support and accountability in a WhatsApp group.

  • Food ideas and plans to eat more healthily. 

  • Access to my amazing workout videos on this website. 

  • A chance to take part in fun workouts and make new friends. 

Other useful information. 

  • I am a level 3 personal trainer who also has a qualification in menopausal fitness and health. 

  • I have completed a Boxercise course and like to include boxing in my workouts. 

  • If you commit to the 7 weeks you will see results. 

  • Keep positive. This is a short amount of time to gain huge weight loss, but it is the start of a new you. It can be that you lose inches from your body instead.

  • Decide on a reward you will give yourself when you complete the 7 weeks. This is essential as it will keep you focused. (for example, ask your partner to treat you to a hotel stay, book a spa with a friend, whatever suits you)
