You are part of a group of other people who are all doing this with you. Accountability is so important. You can chat together and keep each other motivated.

I provide you with food/shopping ideas of what to eat and when. It is not boring, tiny portions, it is tasty (and you get to have cheat meals). We just make sure we are eating more protein and fewer sugars to balance insulin levels and make you feel fuller for longer.

I provide you with workouts tailored for you. You only need to exercise for 30 minutes at a time. Easy to fit in. I am a single mum/teacher with 2 small kids and fit these fun workouts into my life. Some workouts will be live on Facebook and others will be on my website.

I will not let you fail. You will stick with this to the end and then after the 8 weeks will continue to stick with your new habits and continue to lose weight.
